Dusting Out the Inside of Your Computer Safely

If your computer is running a little slower than usual and you have been running all the required internal maintenance such as disk clean and the defrag programs, then East Valley Computer Repairs suggests that it might possibly be dust buildup. They recommend cleaning the inside of your computer every three to six weeks.
The materials you will need to do it yourself are a can of compressed air, safety glasses, a small soft brush, Endust for electronics and an anti-static cloth. Shut down the computer, remove the cover, blow out the dust with short bursts of air using the nozzle straw for the hard to reach areas.
